It was fairly clean, breakfast was adequate. The location was unbeatable for Neunkirchen, right by restaurants and shopping centre, town center and the highway, and local sites to see and things to do.

All good — we really enjoyed this hip new hotel — the food was freshly made and the staff were really helpful. The breakfast had a wide range of coffee and tea. It was in a good and magnificent location with a shopping mall nearby.

Fine base for a longer stay with stable wi-fi. Lots of FRESH food at breakfast time. Location - perfect and magnificent close to Belguim, the Shopping Centre which has a food hall as well and restaurants. Also, near the center of town.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel had a good location, close to a shopping district and many eateries.- The staff was excellent, very courteous, and helpful.

The wifi was problematic, especially on the top floor rooms. The lack of hooks in the room made it difficult to hang coats and jackets.

It had a comfortable bed and included a clean bathroom a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, just a short stroll away from a shopping mall. Secondly, the room was equipped with excellent bathroom facilities and had everything I needed, including air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.
